A forecast is not a decision. Wind on a lake 135 km long is extremely local, and Geoff calls it on the morning. If it is unsafe we reschedule you rather than take your money.

Common questions
What is the weather like on Okanagan Lake for fishing?
Warm and dry in summer, cold and often wet from late autumn through winter. The counter-intuitive part is that the cold months fish far better, which is why the boat is heated and covered.
What should I check before booking a date?
Wind first, because it is the only thing that regularly moves a trip. Then the month, if you are choosing when to visit at all. Feeding times last, to pick between two otherwise equal mornings.
Do you cancel for bad weather?
We reschedule rather than cancel. If conditions are unsafe we will not go out, and your 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking carries over to a date that works.
