Why we tie our own
You cannot buy these patterns anywhere else, and that is the point. Okanagan Lake gets fished by a lot of people running the same shop-bought hardware. A fly the fish have not seen before is a real edge, and when a pattern starts getting refused we change it and tie something they have not seen either.

How much are your bucktails?
Patterns are $22.50 each through the shop. Custom orders are available at the same price.
Which pattern should I start with?
The Grey Ghost. It is the classic and it has caught more big Okanagan rainbows than anything else. Add a Rainbow Fry and a dark pattern like the Cop Car and you can cover most conditions.

Do I have to buy flies to come fishing?
No. Every charter includes our flies, free, all day.
