Fishing Mabel Lake
Mabel Lake sits east of Enderby, ringed by mountains and forest, and it is the least busy water we run. If the appeal of a fishing trip for you is partly that there is nobody else around, this is the lake.
It holds rainbow trout and char, and it is a genuinely beautiful place to spend a day even when the fishing is slow.
Mabel runs as a full day only, on request, because of the drive.
How we fish it
The same way we fish everywhere: trolling our own hand-tied bucktails, with downriggers when the fish are deep and flat lines when they are up.
