Booking and cancellation
We aim to be fair and flexible while making sure a booked boat is a booked boat. Please read this before you book.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
- We need a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations inside 72 hours forfeit the deposit.
- Deposits can be put towards rescheduling a future trip, as long as we get 72 hours' notice.
- If the weather turns unsafe, we will reschedule you for a date that suits you. If rescheduling is not possible we will talk through the alternatives.
Weather
Okanagan Lake is a big body of water and it can turn. If conditions are unsafe we will not take you out, and we will reschedule your trip for a date that suits you. Your deposit carries over. If we cannot find a date that works, talk to us and we will work something out.
